V. Venkata Narayana is a retired Superintendent Engineer from the Roads & Buildings Department, Government of Telangana, and a former Senior Faculty member at the National Academy of Construction. With extensive experience in infrastructure project execution, quality management, and engineering training, he mentors CENA students in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, sharing practical insights drawn from decades of public infrastructure development and professional training.
