Professional Assessment
CENA’s assessment program provides a structured, honest evaluation of each student’s technical knowledge and professional readiness — and the preparation support they need to present themselves confidently to industry employers.
What the Assessment Covers:
- Online technical test covering core civil engineering subjects from Semesters I to VI — results shared with students, mentors, and faculty, used to guide project track placement
- Internship project presentation — evaluated by a jury of industry experts and faculty against five criteria: Project Performance, Technical Knowledge, Domain Interest, Field/Office Readiness, and Career Commitment
- Student project final presentation — professional jury review at completion of the three to six month placement
- Mock interview sessions and resume guidance — for students completing the student project placement and entering the job market
