  1. Precast Construction Technology Modern construction methods using prefabricated components
  2. Shear Wall Construction Systems Advanced formwork systems for high-rise buildings
  3. Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Installation Environmental engineering and utility infrastructure
  4. Geotechnical Engineering and Foundation Design Soil mechanics and foundation systems for complex structures
  5. Construction Cost Management and Estimation Project economics, budgeting, and financial management
