Timeline: End of sixth semester (one-month summer vacation)
Program Overview: Students gain hands-on experience with project lifecycle management through guided exercises on real-world projects, including residential buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure developments.
Program Components:
Comprehensive Project Documentation Students work on complete project documentation including:
- Design development and planning
- Construction schedules and timelines, Resource planning and allocation
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, Cost estimates and budget management
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans
- Execution strategies and implementation plans
